QUALITY CONTROL PLAN
Gallant is committed to meeting or exceeding the quality standards we establish with our customers. This commitment requires the involvement of every project participant - employees, owners, designers, suppliers and subcontractors of every tier.
The Gallant Quality Control Plan sets the bar for all Gallant Construction projects. Its purpose is to guide our employees and subcontractors in fulfilling our core values, policies, standards and procedures.
Gallant's Project Team reviews and updates the Quality Control Plan periodically.
QUALITY ASSURANCE GOALS

Minimize construction defects and corrections during the course of a project

Ensure work conforms to contract documents and functional performance requirements

Ensure workmanship is performed by qualified employees, owners, designers, suppliers, craftsmen, and subcontractors from every trade.

Perform all inspections in a timely manner

Strive for a zero item completion list at substantial completion
